Basic Round Crab Snare 8oz/10oz/12oz/14oz

Simple, compact and round snare design with lead welded into the bottom.  Very efficient 360 style loop placements and fixed leader line allow higher snaring probability on retrieval!  Available in 8oz, 10oz, 12oz and 14oz and All for the same low price!

-Cage is strong and made with 16 gauge galvanized steel (slightly heavier than vinyl coated), allowing it to withstand harsh water environments.  Cage door with spiked edges designed to better retain bait.

-14” Loops are made with high quality hard nylon leader line. Loops are positioned equally spaced around the snare to ensure a high probability catch rate (Update 10/14/2024-All loops are now positioned facing the same direction, as opposed to previous winged style). When the loops begin losing their shape and tension due to heavy use in salt water, thoroughly clean the snare with fresh water and carefully stretch out loops manually by hand.

-Lead is conveniently welded to the bottom of the snare, encouraging the snare to stay in place in moderate current so that crabs have an easier time tracking the bait. A Duo Lock Snap is also attached so that additional weight can be added on as needed.

-Always thoroughly wash your crab snares with fresh water after finishing using them for the day.  Salt water is very corrosive and can cause damage/rust to equipment if left on for extended periods of time.
